Sales & Team Leadership has been a major staple in Robb's life journey leading to the birth of "The Sales Agency," in 2017. All the way from leading his, "Fellowship of Christian Athletes" and "DECA" clubs in high school, to getting nominated "Best Personal Trainer" in the Northland of Missouri at 19 years old, to going Pro as a Physique athlete at 24 years old to achieving 5 presidents clubs in sales between the ages of 20 - 25 selling Vacuums, gym memberships, and digital marketing, before launching The Sales Agency.
Robb's foundation comes from "Living every day like an interview". Being committed to teaching people how to think, challenging their growth, and embodying that advice has been an every day pursuit of excellence to deliver the most effective communication process available today.
